Submissions and Notifications
You will be notified of acceptance and your poster number by September 26, 2024.
Poster Sizing and Display
- The recommended poster size is 36” high x 48” wide (3 feet tall by 4 feet wide, or 91.44 cm high x 191.92 cm wide).
- The maximum width for your poster is 48” (4 feet, or 191.92 cm).
- All posters must include the title of the presentation, author names, and affiliation(s).
- DO NOT include your poster number on your poster.
- DO NOT include QR codes, bar codes, or links to external resources on your poster.
Poster Session
Please hang your poster between 4:00-6:00 PM on Tuesday, October 22. Thumbtacks will be provided at the check-in table. Posters for Co-Morbidity and Aging Across the Health Span and Special Topics will be in the River Room. Posters for Eradication and Cures, Vaccines and Prevention, and Co-Infections, COVID, and Emerging Infections will be in the Terrace Room.
There will be one poster session on Wednesday, October 23 from 6:00-9:00 PM central time. At least one author must be present for the duration of the poster session. Please collect your poster immediately upon the conclusion of the session and no later than 9:00 PM. Any remaining posters will be discarded.
Poster Design Tips
- Include the title of the presentation in large letters, the author’s names, and institution(s) where the work was completed at the top center of the poster.
- Poster numbers will be provided onsite and will be placed above your poster; you do not need to leave room on your poster for your poster number.
- Introduction and Summary/Conclusions sections are advised.
- Double space lines of text.
