Submissions and Notifications
Poster space is limited. Submit early for the best chance of acceptance!
When you submit your abstract, please check the box to indicate you would like to present in poster format. You may choose oral, poster, or both. You will be notified of acceptance and your poster number by September 26, 2024.
Poster Sizing and Display
Minimum Poster Size: 36 inches wide x 24 inches height
Maximum Poster Size: 60 inches wide x 40 inches height
Poster boards will be 72 inches wide x 48 inches height and covered with Velcro-receptive fabric. Posters should be Velcro only, no pushpins. Hook-only Velcro will be provided to hang posters.
All posters must include the title of the presentation, author names, and affiliation(s).
DO nclude your poster number on your poster.
DO NOT include QR codes, bar codes, or links to external resources on your poster.
Poster Session
There will be one poster session on Wednesday, October 23 from 6:00-9:00 PM central time. At least one author must be present for the duration of the poster session. One chair will be provided per poster.
Please hang your poster between 4:00-6:00 PM on Tuesday, October 22 and collect your poster immediately upon the conclusion of the poster session and no later than 9:00 PM. Any remaining posters will be discarded.
Poster Design Tips

Include the title of the presentation in large letters, the author’s names, and institution(s) where the work was completed at the top center of the poster.

Poster numbers will be provided onsite and will be placed above your poster; you do not need to leave room on your poster for your poster number.

Introduction and Summary/Conclusions sections are advised.
